Kiwoko - Málaga, Rosaleda

Would not recommend their dog salon. We asked for a bath + cut. Our dogs hair is not cut evenly but in patches on the sides and on the top its still long like they didn't cut at all ( + her butt they shaved, but now she has a little cut on her arse on top of that...🥺) We asked to shave between the paws but was not done either. I am disappointed!

We agreed on the phone, we managed to negotiate with them since December. They are not able to speak English or any other language, even the Manager only speaks Spanish. I have lived here for 6 years and I also speak Spanish. We made an appointment on the phone by calling the colleague back. We arrived before him, as the male colleague advised, and the lady did not undertake to cut my puppy's hair. She only undertakes washing, because she cannot finish the puppy (Bischon) in 1 hour, as she has another reservation later. But looking back later, the lady wasn't there, I think she went home. She is a very malicious lady who doesn't do her job with love. Unfortunately, she was completely dismissive, she cleaned with very slow movements.It is absolutely outrageous that such people are given an opportunity at such a well known big name company like Kiwoko! We regret the time and the price of fuel the most. We will not go to this Kiwoko store again and we will pass on our experience to everyone.

Dog food normally 14.99,but on the week they give you your special club discount,they up the price to 21,99,happens every month for at least last 2 years,so with your discount once a month you pay 18,99,do they really think all the people are stupid,

I ordered my dog food online, but chose to collect it from here. The email communication was good, the in store service was also good and it also came with a free gift for collecting from the store.

Regarding the premium quality dog food, they always have no more than 2 or 3 bags, so you can't restock.
